If you don't want to pay 90 dollars for a CD of Yanni, then TLC is what you get.
Get better music acts, PBS. Get more programming other than British mysteries and Seasame Street. Get some movies, get some comedies, but most of all, GET SOME BETTER CONCERTS.
if you research whos behind privatization and centralization of media, and the dumbing down of society and promotion of immorality, you will its the same group of people.

Look at "most" of the other channels. Same crap.
Corporations don't want to have an educated nor informed populace, It's against THEIR interest, which IS in ours; that's why the channel was privatized in the first place, to slowly degrade the content to gibberish.
And the populace allows it to happen. 'Bread and circuses'; as the Empire around them decays and falls to ruin. Amazing how history repeat...
They should be required to change their name to "The Non-Learning Channel, or the Channel for Idiots"
Should be re-named FSC, Freak Show Channel, that's all it has become, a travelling freak show that beams to your house nightly
