It is a truthfull shame to see so much hard work, and countless millions of man-hours, and (dollars?) money to build it this far, and to then quit before it was finished! Surely they could have madw something out of part of it, besides a cold place to ge in out of the weather or a local hang-out for vandals and grafitti artists!
